I arrived for my appointment early at 1:20 pm, checked in with the older gentleman, added a replacement battery for my key fob, and went to lobby to wait for my vehicle. There did not appear to be a shortage of staff, but I didn't leave the service center until 4 pm. During my appointment, I received a diagnostic alert notification on myChevy app at 2:57 pm for a driver flat tire while it was in service. To be clear, my diagnostic alerts were accurate and immediate as I received it for the oil life and the previous week for low air pressure for the front passenger side due to cold weather and I went to get my tires checked to confirm there were no nails. I went to find the older gentleman and he was missing for the remainder of my time there, and asked the younger gentleman who went to find out what's going on. He returned and explained they found a nail and patched it at no cost. I explained about the accuracy of my diagnostic alerts, but he kept stating it was there before I came although I didn't receive any alerts prior. Since the older gentleman was missing, the younger gentleman had to check me out but couldn't locate my keys for a while. While checking out, my bill included the oil change, the battery for key fob, and vague labor charges, that have not been on my previous billings. I left unhappy and had to pay for extra time for kid care since I was late picking them up, a higher than expected bill, a very long appointment, not to mentioned that I arrived with a healthy tire and left with a patched one. 2 hr and 40 mins appointment on a Thursday... Lastly, I saw a customer come in about an hour after I came, received service, and left about 40 mins later in his vehicle. Felt like I was bamboozled in scheduling altogether.
