What Does This Engine Warranty Cover?
The Rush Chevrolet Lifetime Engine Warranty Covers:
• All Internal Lubricated Parts
• Valvetrain components
• Intake manifold*
• Oil Pump
• Timing Chain Cover*
• Timing Chain*
Items with a ‘*’ are only covered as collateral damage from a qualified internal failure.
Rush Chevrolet is pleased to offer an exclusive Lifetime Engine Warranty on all new and select pre-owned vehicles from Rush Chevrolet.
Engine Coverage: For “Original Owners” (as defined below), the engine warranty begins upon expiration of the original manufacturer’s warranty, and will continue to cover for the Life-Time ownership. It does not cover normal wear and tear, maintenance, or those items excluded elsewhere.
The items covered include:
**In the Engine: Cylinder block, cylinder heads and all internally lubricated parts including pistons, piston rings, pins and cylinder sleeves; crankshaft, main bearings, caps and bolts; connecting rods, rod bearings, caps and bolts; camshaft(s), camshaft bearings, timing gears and timing chain, rocker arms, rocker arm pivots, shafts and bushings; intake and exhaust valves, springs, guides, adjusters, retainers and seats; pushrods and lifters; intake manifold, balance shaft, oil pump, gears, pressure relief valve and screen; rotor housing, rotors, shims and silent shaft; all internal fasteners, nuts and bolts.
**Fluid Coverage: We will pay for replacement of necessary fluids, oils, greases, and lubricants that must be replaced in conjunction with a covered repair. This coverage does not apply to shop supplies.
